EVALUATION, PLANNING, DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Evaluation of the clients goals, requirements and schedule.
· Examination of the permit requirements and the feasibility of developing the facility on the property.
· Master Plan Developement: Layout of the entire facility including roads, ponds, woods, pasture, trails, buildings, including environmental considerations.
· Specific considerations for environmental protection, watershed considerations, water conservation and use for pasture irrigation.
· Design of equine and support buildings: to include barns, breeding barns, foaling barns, roundpen/hotwalker covers, quarantine barns as well as storage buildings and covered arenas
· The building designs include consideration of energy conserving designs for ventilation and naturl lighting as well as reflective insulation.
· Alternate energy sources.
· Design and construction of outdoor and indoor arenas for specific disciplines as well as grassed arenas for show jumping.
· Carolina Barn Company works with professional organizations to achieve the best for your facility and at the same time to be responsive to the needs of the client.
· Coordination of surveyors, landscape engineers, excavators, engineers, architects, general contractors and interior designers.
